Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav were previously appointed as the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar following the change in power.

Around 11.30 am on Tuesday, 31 MLAs from Bihar are anticipated to take the oath of office as ministers. Swearing-in will take place in Raj Bhavan's Rajendra Mandapam Hall. Sources claim that Sudhakar Singh, son of RJD state president Jagdanand Singh, may get the position of minister.

Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav were already confirmed as the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar following the change in power.

RJD leader Lalu Prasad, who was anticipated to come here on Monday night, may be one among the guests now claim he will be arriving on Tuesday by a morning flight.

Up to 36 ministers, including the chief minister, may serve in the state cabinet. It is anticipated that a few places will remain open for potential growth after the ministers' introduction on Tuesday. There has been an understanding in principle that Kumar's JD will come in second and the RJD, which is the largest party in the state assembly, will have the majority of cabinet positions (U).

According to Bhakt Charan Das, the state in-charge for the Congress, the party is expected to secure three ministerial positions, two of which would be filled on Tuesday. Afaque Alam and Murari Gautam were hand-selected as part of the party's effort to support a Muslim and a Dalit, according to unnamed insiders in the Congress.

Prior to then, Shakil Ahmed Khan's name was being bandied about. He is an AICC secretary and, aside from Rajesh Ram, one of the most outspoken MLAs. There doesn't seem to be any debate within the RJD camp on the inclusion of Tej Pratap Yadav, the unconventional eldest son of Lalu Prasad. The Yadav caste, which makes up the majority of the party, is anticipated to receive a number of berths, in accordance with expectations.

Alok Mehta, the national general secretary, and Sudhakar Singh, a young MLA whose father Jagadanand Singh is the state president at the moment and is well-liked by Tejashwi Yadav, are among the others whose names are being bandied about.

Most of the NDA government's ministers, including Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Ashok Choudhary, Bijendra Yadav, Shravan Kumar, and Leshi Singh, are likely to remain in the JD(U) cabinet. It might exclude a few people who were thought to be close to the BJP and former JD(U) president RCP Singh, who has been charged with attempting to split the party at the behest of the former ally.

Santosh Suman, a member of the Hindustani Awam Morcha, is also set to return as a minister. The party, which was started by his father, the former chief minister Jitan Ram Manhi, has four legislators and left the NDA in support of Nitish Kumar.

Sumit Kumar Singh, the lone Independent, whose late father Narendra Singh was a longtime friend of the chief minister, had been made a minister in the previous government and he is also likely to be sworn in on Tuesday.
