Mr & Mrs Aditya Dhar visits Baglamukhi Mata Mandir
Aug 26, 2022All of the BJP's current alliance partners, including its allies in Bihar, would continue to be members of the NDA in the Lok Sabha elections of 2024, according to BJP national general secretary Arun Singh on Sunday.
When addressing reporters about the joint national executive committee meeting of the BJP's seven national frontal organizations, which was addressed by Union home minister Amit Shah, Singh said that the current alliance partners in Bihar would also continue to be members of the NDA during the 2024 parliamentary elections as well as the 2025 assembly elections.
Given the disagreements between the JD(U) and BJP, the state's governing allies, over a number of issues that have sparked rumors regarding the next political move of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Singh's statement assumes relevance.
Earlier, Nitish's longtime deputy and BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi ruled out the notion of the JD(U) leaders joining forces with the Lalu Prasad-led RJD. "Nitish ji won't ever travel with Lalu once more. He declared, "I am familiar with Nitish Ji and Bihar politics."
On the final day of the two-day conference, PM Modi will lead the BJP in the parliamentary elections of 2024, and the party will form the government for a third time, Shah said the delegates of the organizations.
He claimed that the federal government's efforts and Prime Minister Modi's charm will help the BJP win more seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections than it did in 2014 and 2019 elections romp to victory.
Shah urged the lower ranks to keep fortifying their groups at the booth level and cultivating relationships with notable local figures. For the massive celebration, up to 1,100 functionaries had arrived. Shah and JP Nadda, the national president, visited the state headquarters for two rounds of meetings: the first was with the MPs, MLAs, and MLCs; the second was with the core committee members of the Bihar unit.
