A migrant worker was killed in a terrorist attack in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir.

The number of targeted killings has been on the rise, and the police and security forces have been on high alert.

In the Jammu and Kashmir district of Pulwama, a terrorist attack left one migrant worker dead and two others hurt, according to the police. The attack occurred as security was on high alert and on the eve of the third anniversary of Article 370's revocation.

Terrorists allegedly fired grenades at foreign laborer’s in Pulwama district's Gadoora village.

Mohammad Mumtaz, a citizen of Sakwa Paras in Bihar, has been identified as the deceased laborer. The injured, Mohammad Arif and Mohammad Maqbool, both from Bihar, were taken to a hospital where it is said that they are in stable condition.

Jammu and Kashmir lost its statehood and unique constitutional position on August 5, 2019.

It is being remembered as a bad day in J&K's history by regional parties.

Since October 2019, terrorists have frequently attacked foreign employees.

Targeted attacks on Hindus and pandits in Kashmir have created a significant security concern.

After a series of targeted attacks in May and June, thousands of Kashmiri Pandit employees and even employees from Jammu are not reporting to work in the Kashmir Valley.

Because they don't feel safe in the Valley, the majority of these workers have relocated to Jammu.
