The 40-storey Supertech twin towers in Noida are scheduled to be taken down at 2:30 pm on August 28—net Monday—and all preparations are proceeding without a hitch. The Noida twin buildings will be demolished using more than 3,500 kg of explosives, and locals will have to leave by 7 am on the day of the demolition. The Supreme Court issued the orders for the demolition of the unauthorized towers after finding that the buildings' construction had violated regulations.

On August 28, more than 5,000 people will leave the Emerald Court and ATS Village communities, and more than 2,500 vehicles will be removed from both areas, according to officials, according to the source. By 7 am, they must leave their homes, to stay safe from the 100-metre-long twin towers that were

supposed to home 900 families and 21 shops at Sector 93B of Noida. While the twin towers had come up on premises of Emerald Court only, ATS Village is adjoining the illegal structures on the other side in Sector 93A of the city.

According to representatives of Edifice Engineering, the company in charge of demolishing the twin buildings, the effect of their destruction will be most noticeable on these two societies and their people. According to the Thursday-finalized plan, homeowners can only enter their homes after 4 PM if Edifice has given the all-clear for safety.

The plan specified that throughout the duration, all automobiles must be removed from the two societies. "Emerald Court contains about 650 apartments, whereas ATS Village contains about 450 apartments. Over 5,000 people live in both societies, and they will all need to leave by August 28 as scheduled, according to a Noida Authority official.

Regarding the removal of vehicles, many households own multiple vehicles. It will be necessary to transfer about 1,200 automobiles out of Emerald Court and 1,500 vehicles out of ATS Village. The Botanical Garden metro station's multilevel parking structure will have enough for them, according to a Noida Authority official. According to the official, the multi-level parking at Botanical Garden Metro station can easily accommodate more than 5,000 automobiles at once.

The plan specified that access to the vicinity of the twin towers in Sector 93A, also known as the exclusion zone, will be prohibited for people, cars, and animals. Near the twin skyscrapers, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway will stay closed to traffic starting at 2.15 p.m. on August 28, it showed.

The required emergency services as fire tenders, ambulances shall be parked on the road constructed behind the park in front of the twin towers, it added.
