A migrant labourer shot dead in Jammu and Kashmir

Mohd Amrez, a resident of Madhepura in Bihar, was shot and sent instantly to the hospital, where the staff immediately proclaimed him dead.

According to authorities, militants in Jammu and Kashmir's Bandipore shot and killed a migrant worker from Bihar.

At approximately midnight, the assault happened at Soadnara Sumbal in Bandipore.

Mohd Amrez, a resident of Madhepura in Bihar, was shot and sent instantly to the hospital, where the staff immediately proclaimed him dead.

"At Soadnara Sumbal, Bandipora, during the intervening night, terrorists opened fire and injured one migrant labourer named Mohd Amrez, r/o Madhepura, Besarh, Bihar. He was taken to a hospital for treatment, where he later passed away "Kashmir Zone Police tweeted.

This occurs the day after one soldier was hurt and four troops were killed in an attack on an army camp in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri. 

"When two terrorists launched a suicide attack, Subedar Rajendra Prasad, Rifleman Manoj Kumar, Rifleman Lakshmanan D, and Rifleman Nishant Malik made the ultimate sacrifice by dying from their wounds. During a terrorist assault in Pulwama last week, Mohammad Mumtaz, a migrant worker from Bihar, died and two other people were hurt.

Mohammad Arif and Mohammad Maqbool, the injured, are both from Bihar.
